If Anne's unique clothes are viewed as psychological disorder, more then half of the designers in the world would be viewed as having a psychological disorder.
Having an interest on poetry and avoiding videos and television is a common trait for people tend to avoid television as much as possible for it causes maladaptive behavior to others. Anne does not cause any direct harm to others; the people around her just thinks that she is retarded or anything else but she is just being different from others, special and unique. She does not act in a way that will cause maladaptive behaviors or thoughts about it. Anne is a normal person who is not suffering from a psychological disorder.
